Live Brightly Therapy was created with a simple purpose — to provide high-quality occupational therapy that is grounded in relationships, genuine connection, and real life.
At Live Brightly Therapy, living brightly is about more than skill development — it’s about connection, confidence, and meaningful participation in everyday life.
To live brightly is not about doing more or becoming someone else.
It’s about feeling safe enough to explore, confident enough to try, and supported enough to participate in everyday life — in ways that feel right for you
Our Way of Working
Our work is grounded in relationships.
We take the time to listen, to notice, and to understand the people we work with — their strengths, their challenges, their rhythms, and their stories. Therapy unfolds through trust, curiosity, and shared moments, rather than rigid plans or expectations.
Why Place Matters
We work in natural settings because real life doesn’t happen in therapy rooms.
By meeting people in their homes and everyday spaces, therapy becomes part of life — woven into routines, play, conversations, and relationships. This allows learning to feel more natural, more meaningful, and more likely to stay.
Who We Work With
We work with children, families, and adults across different stages of life.
While each person’s journey is unique, our approach remains the same — thoughtful, collaborative, and grounded in respect for the individual.
About Me
Hi, I’m Jodie — an Occupational Therapist with over 14 years experience across Australia and Englad, with a passion for supporting people to live more confidently and independently in their everyday lives.
I believe therapy works best when it’s practical, strengths-based, and tailored to the individual. I take a warm, collaborative approach and value working closely with clients, families, and other professionals to achieve meaningful outcomes.
My experience includes working with children and families across a range of developmental, emotional, and functional needs, as well as supporting adults to maintain independence and participation in daily life.
I have post-graduate training in Sensory Integration as well as am trained in SOS Feeding, Floortime Approach, Circle of Security and ****.
As a mobile therapist, I meet clients in their natural environments — allowing therapy to feel relevant, flexible, and easily integrated into everyday routines.
