About Live Brightly
Live Brightly Therapy started from a desire to offer Occupational Therapy services that feel grounded, meaningful, and connected to real life.
Living brightly isn’t about doing more or changing who you are — it’s feeling safe to explore, confident to try, and supported to join everyday life in ways that feel right.
For us, living brightly means connection, confidence, and meaningful participation.
Hi, I’m Jodie! I am the founder of Live Brightly Therapy and an Occupational Therapist with over 14 years experience across Australia and England. I have a passion for supporting people to live more confidently and independently in their everyday lives.
I believe therapy works best when it’s practical, strengths-based, and tailored to the individual. I take a warm, collaborative approach and value working closely with clients, families, and other professionals to achieve meaningful outcomes.
My experience includes working with children and families across a range of developmental, physical, emotional, and functional needs, as well as supporting adults to maintain independence and participation in daily life.
I have obtained post-graduate training in Sensory Integration through Ulster University (UK) and am trained in SOS Feeding, Floortime Approach, Circle of Security and Connect, Play, Learn.
I am passionate about sharing knowledge beyond therapy sessions and supporting the wider community through training and workshops. By building understanding and confidence across families, educators, and community members, we can create environments that are more supportive, inclusive, and connected.
As a mum of two young boys and a very lovable dog, I get that life is busy, messy, and beautifully chaotic.
